Yes. Every time you create a lead or a deal you have to enter the customer's name, and as you're entering their name the system searches existing customers and provides a list you can select from.
Yes. You can filter by date, status, salesperson, stock number, and more. The system outputs PDF reports in varying detail depending on your use case, or you can download a CSV that has every column of data you could ask for!
Yes. There are fine-grained permission controls in dealr.cloud that let you limit what a user can see and edit.
Yes. It's a little big brotherish really. You can look at a deal, vehicle, or lead and see exactly what was changed, when, and by whom. You can also go see what an individual user is doing to see if they deleted something that shouldn't have been deleted.
Yes. If a vehicle is marked as inactive it isn't exported to your advertising sites or your website. You can also have a vehicle displayed on your website that isn't advertised anywhere else, like a boat or RV for instance.

Yes. We can setup an overlay that puts your logo, phone number, and any other information you want, onto your images automatically when you upload them.
As many as you want! We don't put a limit on the number of photos you can upload. Though, if you're consistently uploading over 100 photos per vehicle we will probably talk in order to arrange some custom pricing for you.
Yes. You can take pictures using the camera app and then select the photos to upload to dealr.cloud or you can take the pictures directly inside the dealr.cloud app.
Yes. CARFAX and AutoCheck reports can be pulled and displayed directly inside of dealr.cloud.
Yes. We can pull NADA values and print out a valuation sheet that has the VIN on it for easier funding!
We do not currently do BHPH, but it is on our short term plans to build it out. It is a very nuanced program that will require a lot of development to do right and so we want to invest the appropriate amount of time to make sure it operates smoothly and is as bug-free as possible.
Yes. We calculate true leases using the money factor and capital cost and our numbers line up perfectly with those from CULA. We calculate profits that include your lease reserve and can push over to your accounting system with appropriate assets and liabilities suiting the lease.
We built dealr.tax, a CO state certified tax locator, that can pull taxes based on address for anyone in Colorado. We've found that it is extremely accurate and, since it's built right into dealr.cloud, can minimize the number of potential errors you'll run into since it inserts the numbers right into the tax rate fields.
As many as you want! We don't put a limit on the number of trades! There are some potential form issues when you have a ton of trades on a deal, but 3-4 isn't a problem.
We have a small application that gets installed onto your computer that our cloud based software can communicate with to send dot matrix forms to your printer. We don't have any problems with aligning forms to a specific position or printing custom dot matrix forms. You can even print to the dot matrix printer, along with the laser printer for the regular paperwork, from your phone! This enables a truly mobile experience.
Yes. Deals can be sent over to QuickBooks and will contain sale data, customer data, vehicle costs, bills for your service contracts and GAP, and commission costs for your salespeople.
Yes. We generate a detailed jurisdiction breakdown, along with a deal-by-deal breakdown, for you to use when paying sales taxes. Theoretically (we can't provide any tax advice) the report's numbers can be entered directly onto Colorado's DR0100 tax remittance form.
Yes. You can setup round robin schedules for specific users on specific days so that leads are always going to the right users at the right times.
We assign a specific phone number to your dealership that is only usable by your dealership. Texts come from that number. When someone calls that number it gets forwarded to the salesperson who was texting them or, if they've never been texted, to the main dealership number.
No. A double opt-in is when a customer is required to reply YES to the first text in order to enable texting. Since we're not sending automated texts to customers we dont require a double opt-in, however the customer can opt-out by texting STOP and that will permanently block you from being able to text them.
Yes. You can customize the tasks that get created when a lead comes in from a lead source, when a lead is created manually, and when a deal gets sold.
Yes. You can sort by what needs attention, name, assigned user, when the lead was created, when the lead was last modified, and more. You can filter by name or by any of the vehicles a customer is interested in.

When you want to make significant appearance or style changes to your website then we will have to discuss that service separately.
No. dealr.cloud will never own or control your domain. You will keep your hosting on whoever you have, such as GoDaddy, Bluehost, 1&1, or anyone else, and we will simply forward the domain to dealr.cloud for your website to get displayed.
It's normally instantaneous, but sometimes takes a few seconds to propagate. In the rare occasion our quick sync doesn't work, a backup sync happens every 15 minutes.
Yes. All of our websites are responsive to enable your customers to see the most information on any device and so that search engines rank you higher for SEO.
We currently work of a small set of designs, but they are all heavily modifiable depending on your needs. If you look at the websites page you can see a few of the designs and click into some of our websites at the top of the page so you can get a sense of what can be done.
Yes. We can show the CARFAX report inside of a snapshot dialog when you hover over the CARFAX logo, and your customers can click in to see the full report. AutoCheck can be seen on your website as well for each vehicle in inventory.
Yes. Since all of our websites are secured all of your customers' entered information is safe. The finance application on your website will come directly into dealr.cloud and the fields will be sorted into their appropriate sections on dealr.cloud.
No. There's unfortunately no way for us to integrate with the desktop version of QuickBooks but if you're currently using QuickBooks then you can easily transfer all of your data to QuickBooks Online!
No. Many people have asked for one and we are considering adding one in the future but currently the only way to have dealr.cloud integrate with a bookkeeping system is to use QuickBooks Online.
When you tell it to. dealr.cloud never automatically pushes anything to QuickBooks. Sending transactions to QuickBooks is really easy though! All you have to do is click "Push" on a vehicle or a deal and it will send over the transactions needing to be pushed over!
